Within your written application please include the following items: full name, current grade, current school, involvement in recreational and/or competitive sport, plans for post-secondary study or details on the sport academy program of interest.

Please also include an example of your leadership skills, volunteerism, and/or achievements.

Applicants with a letter of support from a parent, coach, teacher or mentor will be given preference. The letter should highlight your academic and athletic achievements. 200-300 words is an appropriate length.

Applicants requiring financial support for academic studies will be given precedence.
